William A. DiBella is a Connecticut politician and businessman who currently serves as Chairman of the Board at the Metropolitan District of Connecticut. He served as the Representative for Connecticut's 1st assembly district from 1981-1983. In 1983 he was was elected to the Connecticut State Senate and served as the Senate Majority Leader from 1992-1994. He resides in Old Saybrook and Hartford Connecticut.
