JTW. A Turkish newsource in English language mainly on international politics, Turkey, Middle East, Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The journal says it receives about 130.000 visits every day.

It has News, Comments, Articles, Letters main sections. Updated at least 4 times a day.

Established in 2004. Published by Ankara-based Turkish think tank Institute International Strategic Research Organization (I.S.R.O. - U.S.A.K.).

Apart from its staff's news and comments, the JTW also republishes the articles from BBC, VOA, RFL, IWPR, Jerusalem Post, Mehr News and many other international news sources. The journal focuses on the following areas:

Criticism

The journal is criticised for its nationalistic approach, particularly in issues regarding the Armenian Question, which is claimed by Sedat Laçiner (who has a broad mandate over its functions ) as a field of expertise.
