Street Scholar (talk · contribs)
and my response (to clarify any misunderstandings ) calling me a "racist" repeatedly and then himself makes veiled anti-semitic comments (apparently my being Jewish means I hate all Arab people according to Street Scholar). I would npa warn him, but he has a history of making inflammatory statements against people, getting even more aggravated when warned and finally being blocked for it. I do not wish to escalate his bile any more and request admin intervention.Hkelkar 11:22, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- Update:He has made another racist attack against Bengali people here.Hkelkar 20:58, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
This isn't the whole story: the first two diffs are in response to other unreferenced posts. I'd like to see a diff for the original "joke" post along with a diff for the strikeout and the apology. Durova 01:18, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- I provided the diff above. It was an off-the-cuff remark that could be misinterpreted as ethnocentric and I apologized for it in my summary. I provide it again here] In contrast, Street Scholar persists in making racist statements
. and continues to spam hate sites. There is a post about him on ANI with more information where there his consensus that his behavior is trollish and unacceptable.12:57, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- First, please avoid use of the t-word. It wouldn't be appropriate for me to interfere in an arbitration case. Durova 22:41, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- I only reported what other admins said of him, that's all. His inflammatory statements were made in several pages, not just an rfAr page (if you would look at the diffs above). His racist statements against Bengalis was made in a talk page. I continue to be amazed at how easily he get's away with such disruptive behaviour.Hkelkar 03:18, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- This is an open arbitration case, which puts the matter in a different ball park. Raise your concern with the admins who handle arbitration. I suppose you could ask the clerk how to proceed. Durova 05:35, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- Not all of his issues pertain to the Arbitration. Some of his racist bile was expressed in unrelated matters (just look at the talk page diffs above).Hkelkar 05:51, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- Your edit comment for that post reads, I think you misunderstand yet your edit history shows that you ignored my recommendation to consult an arbitration clerk. Hkelkar, it is you who misunderstand. Shall I add an outside statement and a WP:POINT citation to the arbitration proceeding? Durova06:44, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Still personal attacks: 02:09, 11 November 2006. Since he is a coward, he wrote a "civil" message in English, adding the uncivility in Italian: "minchione", which means "moron" . --Panarjedde 01:22, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- I don't like that since he's a coward comment at all. That's a personal attack in itself. The insults are relatively mild; however, given this editor's actions and long history of blocks I'll issue 48 hours for this one. If I discover you've made other personal attacks to provoke Deathrocker's comments I'll respond appropriately. Durova 01:33, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- "If I discover you've made other personal attacks to provoke Deathrocker's comments ": personal attacks to provoke Deathrocker others that what?--Panarjedde 01:40, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- You've been rather aggressive about this and your post to my user talk page inaccurately suggested that I had not blocked the other editor. I responded in under 15 minutes, issued the block, and refrained from leaving any formal warning on your own talk page. Yet you're unsatisfied? NPA2 was merited from your original request and you're closing in on WP:POINT. Durova 02:42, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Is there more to this issue than what is in this report? Deathrocker has asked me to review his block and to be quite honest, I'm having a hard time seeing how this 48 hour block is within policy. WP:NPA says, "In extreme cases, an attacker may be blocked under the "disruption" clause of the blocking policy, though the practice is almost always controversial." I agree that calling User:Panarjedde a "moron" and "clown" is not acceptable, but it doesn't strike me as falling within the parameters of an "extreme case". In addition, it looks to me like Panarjedde and Deathrocker have behaved at least as badly as each other and if one is blocked, I feel the other should be, too. . Sarah Ewart (Talk) 22:52, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- If you read WP:BLOCK, persistant personal attacks are a non-controversial block reason - it looks like WP:NPA hasn't been updated to reflect current consensus. Unfortunately Deathrocker has a very long history of prior blocks for edit wars and other personal attacks. I think Durova acted appropriately in the situation - also, if you read above he did mention that if he discovered that Panarjedde was provoking the attacks he would deal with that as well. Shell 23:17, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- The decision to block and the duration of the block were influenced by the editor's past record. A different editor has raised concerns about Panarjedde's behavior and I've invited that editor to open a request at WP:RFI. BTW that's she. ;) Durova 01:28, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- Doh! And to think I got that right earlier this week; must be the cold meds. :) Shell 01:34, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. Feel better soon. :) Durova 02:40, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

This user threatened me and others in the past and got several admin warnings , , including a Personal Attacks - Last Warning . He was quiet for a month now but his last contributions attacked a bot and myself with threaten me that I get banned from Misplaced Pages and charging me for issues that I have never done and that are clearly outside of Misplaced Pages.

The following is an excerpt of what has been left on my talk page: "I 'm proud of being White, because Whites created civilization. You are probably some fucking nigger. Whatever you are, you are completely immature."
Although, admittadly, I started this by attacking his "white supremacist" ideology, I believe that the language and attack here are unacceptable. I am not of African origin, but my Girlfriend is, and this is deeply offensive. Where I have explained and outline my attacks and arguments against this users ideology to this user, he retorts with that. I would ask that he be perminantly banned. He is clearly not a good influence on wikipedia, and a person like him able to influence and edit this site quite frankly scares me. - Izzo —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.150.148.91 (talk)

Please have a look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/User_talk:Apocolocynthosis Apocolocynthosis says Is that a Turkish joke? (Esek sakasi mi bu?) (esek means donkey and saka means joke in Turkish, he/she uses donkey for turkish. (Turkish joke: donkey joke). There is not a phrase like this.
