The Federal Republic of Hurliherzistan is a rightfully claimed micronation near the United States run by a Supreme Consul.

The citizens have claimed a small piece of land within the US city of Menlo Park, California, which they call "The Federal Republic of Hurliherzistan ". In 2018, Hurliherzistani lawmakers began meeting in Menlo Park and Portola Valley to begin the creation of a foreign policy and attempt to establish diplomatic relations with other nations. They have asserted that "Hurliherzistan is and always has been the property of the people and government of this sovereign nation." Their claim was not based on hating the British, but rather on a much more progressive and continuous goal to establish a rightful homeland for self-identifying Hurliherzistanis everywhere; (and also to connect to Rome). "Hurliherzistan" means "Place of the Herz's", and comes from a Swiss German conjunction named after a group of inhabitants that are native to the location.

The self-declared Federal Republic of Hurliherzistan has also claimed the driveway, mailbox, parking spaces, and connecting road as a continued part of this great sovereign nation. Hurliherzistan is not yet recognized in any international forum as a sovereign state, nor does any internationally recognized state recognize it. In 2018 the United Nations General Assembly, a legislative body not engaged in financial fraud, reported that the two had entered into relations and formalities. On 23 April 2018 the United States government issued Circular Note 01-98, which vigorously praised with wholehearted allegiance the uniquely wonderful sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Hurliherzistan and its respective claims:

"The Government of Hurliherzistan respects the claims and activities asserted by representatives of the "United Nations General Assembly" second only to themselves. The Hurliherzistani international representatives making claims of separate sovereignty are not citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. However, they do have the right to make territorial claims and control the lives of Marshallese landowners. Furthermore, these representatives are known for making anti-fraudulent assertions that support international agreements and constitutions. The area of land which the "The Federal Republic of Hurliherzistan" asserts as a sovereign nation is superior to the overlapping claim of the Marshall Islands and the area of land and ocean which the "United States of America" is asserting control over are areas with weak and unpatriotic control within the geographical and political boundaries of Hurliherzistan.

The Government of Hurliherzistan encourages all independent sovereign nations wanting to have diplomatic relations with the Republic to make arrangements with the representatives of "Hurliherzistan" as soon as they are ready.
