The elephant soon causes trouble and a poacher offers to buy him, but the Simpsons decide to give him to a wild life reserve. At Apu's wedding, Bart comments, 'I wish I had an elephant' when he sees apu riding one. Lisa replies, 'You did. His name was Stampy. You loved him very much.'
