Majiwada is located in Thane city, India. Majiwada is located in Thane city, India. . Earlier this place was just a industrial area. Tata Voltas, Western Shipyard, Chowgule steamship company, TEKSONS, Kothari, Golden dyes etc. Majiwada is now a fully established, commercial and residential area with a huge number of homes. The whole Majiwada Gaon area was the land of Chowgule steamship company. Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra lives in Majiwada, Pokhran road no. 2 at Tata Voltas area. Tata is still manufacturing Ac's in it's Majiwada unit which in one of the biggest factory of Ac's. Earlier Majiwada was a simple place to live upon, residential places like Orchids Society, Vrindavan Society, etc were just established. There were many open spaces in Western Shipyard area, as it was shutting down since ships no longer come at Thane. Ashapura Mandir is also located in Majiwada. Majiwada commercial revolution took place when Future group's Big Bazaar opened its big shop in Lake City Mall. Since then it has grown rapidly in commercial sector. The roads of Majiwada highway were a big hell till the Tatas pointed out to TMC to repair it. TMC at that time didn't had money to repair it, then Tatas gave money to concretised the highway. The situation of that concrete roads are not so good due to internal corruption in TMC. The Tatas were very eager to take care of Majiwada but TMC won't let them do so. Majiwada area has 3 petrol pumps. BPCL petrol pump at Majiwada junction, HPCL petrol pump at Bhiwandi Agra road, HPCL petrol pump at Kapurbawdi. RPCL petrol pump was supposed to be opened at Bhiwandi bypass road, but it still don't have permission from the TMC. There is quite good employment options in Majiwada thanks to Tatas. Reliance Jio formerly Tata Telecommunications HQ of Thane, TCS, Voltas, TEKSONS are in Majiwada. Apart from these, commercial belt has been formed at Kapurbawdi, which has Cinemax Wonder Mall, Vijay Sales, Snehanjali, Reliance digital, Croma, etc. Majiwada's first Mall was Lake City Mall which pulled crowd because of Big Bazaar, but ever since Big Bazaar shifted to nearby High Street Mall, Lake City Mall doesn't have much to offer. In 2012 Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra started living in Majiwada at Voltas. Parineeti Chopra is the brand ambassador of many Tata products, which landed her in the bollywood industry. Majiwada's Orchids society was recently in the news for becoming world best society to world worst society. Majiwada has a huge flyover, but the flyover is used only by a bunch of people. Majiwada also has one art gallery cum theatre named as Thane Kala Bhavan, recently this art gallery was renamed by SG. The Kala Bhavan and High Street Mall is believed to be built on an encroached land. Majiwada will soon see a majestic building at Pokhran road no. 2 which would be made by Tata trust's Shapoorji Pallonji. Bollywood Superstar Ranveer Singh Bhavnani came in Majiwada twice, at Shapoorji Pallonji gate as he challenged SG to meet him, but unfortunately Ranveer Singh Bhavnani never met with SG. SG - Sanjay Gaur is a common man who lives in Majiwada at Pokhran road no. 2 near Shapoorji Pallonji. It is rumoured that Parineeti Chopra is Sanjay Gaur's girlfriend, and they both meet at Maria restaurant near Bella Vista. Majiwada also has a great restaurants options - Maria restaurant (Nowadays mosty people come here to see either Parineeti or SG), Sanman Restaurant (owned by well known Shilpa caterers), Mahadev Restaurant

1) Once SG said, a kid shouted "Mummy vo dekho" at REDMI Kapurbawdi shop.

2) Once SG said, a kid shouted "Mummy, chinga Chinese" mother told him "Beta Ranveer to indian hai, chinga kaise Chinese toh main tujhe yippee noodles deti hoon" at Big Bazaar Kapurbawdi.

3) Once SG said, "Main ek film dekhne gaya tha, at Cine Wonder saamne dekha thums up ka ad uspe likha tha" at Kapurbawdi.

4) Ranveer Singh Bhavnani sent police at all the above places to arrest SG, but they didn't got. Once police got SG at Cine Wonder but this was not Parineeti's SG, he was Sanjay Gaur who is boyfriend of Meera Chopra who is cousin of Parineeti, Priyanka, Mannara.

5) Once SG went to Cine Wonder Mall to watch Jabariya Jodi, he saw a kid shouting as he likes Parineeti Chopra, it is rumoured that Jagjit Singh Bhavnani father of Ranveer Singh Bhavnani was at Cine Wonder Mall as SG saw a Aston Martin.

6) Nowadays girls in Majiwada are becoming hot to attract SG. Girls are wearing attractive dresses and trying to copy the dresses of Parineeti Chopra, for example Parineeti wore green saree, so some girls are wearing green saree to attract SG. Girls are also wearing red dresses to attract SG as they are jealous of Parineeti Chopra who is a Busty. People of Majiwada would now be distracted by these girls who want to be Busty like Parineeti. These girls may opt for a saree to attract SG.

SG Vs RS war

Sanjay Gaur lives in Majiwada and he is the man who was involved in an internet war with Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh Bhavnanani. Not to be confused with with Sanjay Gaur who is bollywood actress Meera Chopra's boyfriend. Shobha Sharma ex-wife of SG, burnt bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra's Audi Q3 car at Bandra in March 2019. As she was jealous of Parineeti Chopra who is rumoured girlfriend of Sanjay Gaur. Shobha Sharma lives in Tata Pilani who is MSc PhD in Biology, BA LLB from Pilani University of Birla (This University not exists).
