Strained yoghurt is iaouti stragato, it is cottage cheese. This ingredient enter in a lot of balkanic preparation but when the recepid came in europ it suffer a strange transformation. Strained yoghurt became yoghurt on the paper and if you try to cook with this ingredient, the result will not to be that you try to have.
