Bălţi Steppe → Bălţi steppe — Small "s" seems to be the standard for other simmilar WP articles. — Dc76\ 00:24, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

- Support as nom.
- HOWEVER, in reaching your oppinion, please consider looking into both pages' history, also here and here. Dc76\ 00:25, 7 November 2008 (UTC)
- A few examples: Budjak steppe, or in the article Eurasian Steppe, there is a whole list, and all names are with small s. Dc76\ 22:45, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- HOWEVER, in reaching your oppinion, please consider looking into both pages' history, also here and here. Dc76\ 00:25, 7 November 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose. Most Misplaced Pages articles capitalize the full name. See Eurasian Steppe, Pontic Steppe, Kalmyk Steppe, Kazakh Steppe etcXasha (talk) 12:32, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- Just a small observation: Pontic Steppe redirects to Pontic-Caspian steppe, which is with SMALL s. This move request is all about consistency, and about nothing else. So, if you think that the examples presented by Xasha are what is the standard, please oppose. If you think that the standard is to use small s, please support. Dc76\ 22:45, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
