Raegan Revord (born January 3, 2008) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Missy Cooper in Young Sheldon.
Life
Born in San Diego, California, Revord and her family moved to Los Angeles. Revord is "vegan-ish". In her free time, she's engaged in charity as ambassador for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She aspires to be a writer, and as of 2018 does three hours of school daily while on set. As of 2019, her parents managed her social accounts.
Career
She started acting at age six, and debuted on screen with the short film Tortoise, featuring David Arquette. Before appearing on television, Reagan appeared in various print commercials. In 2014 she appeared as "Megan" on Modern Family in the sixth season episode "Won't You Be Our Neighbor". In 2016, she reprised that character (as a non-speaking role) in the seventh season episode "The Storm".
She appeared on the Netflix series Grace and Frankie and as Bob Odenkirk’s daughter on With Bob & David. She had a recurring role on TV Land's series Teachers.
Raegan booked numerous commercials, including one with Joel McHale for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She appears as Young Claire in the supernatural horror film Wish Upon.
In March 2017, Revord was cast as Missy Cooper, Sheldon's twin sister in The Big Bang Theory spin-off Young Sheldon. Revord picked up her Texan accent by watching Laurie Metcalf play an older version of her character's mother on The Big Bang Theory.
In 2019 she made an appearance in episode 3 of Netflix original drama Alexa and Katie as ‘’Ainsley’’. She did voice work for the WBUR Circle Round radio play Nilsa and the Troll.
