License tagging for Image:AmarJaleel.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:AmarJaleel.JPG. Misplaced Pages gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Misplaced Pages, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Misplaced Pages:Media copyright questions. 06:04, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Achakzai1.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Achakzai1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Misplaced Pages's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Nice to see an educated Pakistani Sindhi Muslim Sufism-Interested person. There is a lot of unbiased contribution needed over here, especially Sindhi thinkers and Sufis. We also need to safeguard the good work from vandalism and POV vandalism. Please add user tags in your user page so people of your interest might find you easily thru user category search. Thanks for the message
Heelo Khalid,thanks for the message.
Well my mother isn't exactly of "sufi origin".Both her parents were Sunni Muslims, but she considers herself a sufi.
And your brother is also Nadirali?Intersting.
My mother works for the "world Sindhi institute" based in Washington DC.They will provide me articles to type and post here along with sources.
To learn more about it go to http://www.worldsindhi.org/
If you have any questions for them, dont hesitate to ask them.
Yes the situation in Sindh these days is bad.I visited Hyderabad briefly.Stayed with relatives in a millitary Kantonment. Plus the blocking of the Indus river has angered and saddened me.
Regards.Nadirali 17:13, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Nadirali
Dont worry
Khalid dont worry about what I said about my mother being of Sufi origin.
Well also her father considered himself Sufi in a way.
I agree with you about religion and all.
Thanks for staying in touch.By the way I hope you liked the world Sindhi institute website. If there's anyway you can contribute to their site, please let them know. They'll be happy to hear from a fine Sindhi like you.
Take care brother.

Re: Sai Kumar
Hello! I'm not very familiar with Telugu films. However I could find this biography of a Telugu actor. Is he the same person you are looking for? If not, you might have better luck asking at the Indian discussion board or to editors from Andhra Pradesh like Hydkat. Sorry I couldnt be of more help--thunderboltz 13:11, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
- Hi, this could be a good place to start.... BTW I think you are referring to a movie named Police Story in which he played a character named Agni. --hydkat 22:07, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- He's acting in a new film named Samanyudu. I guess searching on google is way of getting details about him... try (search google with 'sai+kumar tollywood') --hydkat 06:08, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Your'e Welcome
Assalamalaikum Khalid. Thanks for the message on my talk page. You are most welcome. If you need anything in the future, please feel free to let me know. I noticed on the Ancient Greek talk page that you were looking for a tag showing that you are interested in Ancient Greek history. If you copy the following text (bolded) and place it in your talk page, you will get a template: {{User Ancient Greece}}. I hope this helps you! Khuda hafiz, Anupam 22:01, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- Salaam again! Since you are interested in Marine Life, I would recommend you to join WikiProject Marine life by adding your name here. You can then use the following template for your userpage: {{Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Marine life/Userbox}}. Adding your name here and using: {{User WPFishes}} is also an option if you are interested WikiProject Fishes. Of course, if you wish not to join a WikiProject but would still like a template pertaining to fish on your userpage, you can create your own one. I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else. I would be glad to assist you. Khuda hafiz, Anupam 05:11, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Adaab Khaild. Thanks for teaching me the Sindhi and Balochi phrases. The Sindhi phrase for How are you? is very similar to my Urdu/Hindi: Kya haal chal hai? I understand your request about pet aquarium fish. As a result, I created a template for you: {{User:Rfrisbie/Userbox/Aquarium}} (No Aquarium fish template existed prior to your request for one). You can go ahead and use this template. If you would like me to modify the text, please let me know and I'll be happy to do so. Thanks. Khuda hafiz,

Your contribution to article Balochistan conflict
It was nice to see you editing the mentioned article. You have definitely tried to give the article a NPOV approach. The article really needs improvement and its quite a controversial article. There aren't any external sources provided with the article which the article really needs to be verifiable. I haven't got much exposure to the conflict thats why I have refrained from editing the article myself. If you can provide me with some reliable sources I'll be able to contribute to the article too. I suggest that we may split the article to describe the stances of Pakistani government, local people, tribal lords and international media. In this way we'll be able to make article NPOV and acceptable. voldemortuet 11:58, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
Re:again need Help
Salaam Khalid. I'm glad you are trying to neutralize biased articles. In order to write an unbiased article, you must first research the topic thoroughly, using reputable sources. It would be beneficial to include perspectives from both the Pakistani government and Balochi separatists. I have a few good articles that you could use that would give both perspectives: Irnin News, South Asia Analysis Group, Rediff News, HRCP, newKerala.com, Baloch Society Of North America, Foreign Policy Centre UK, and BBC. These sources will help you get started in editing the article. If others disagree with your views, it is probably best that you discuss the issues on the article's talk page until you reach a consensus. If the article is constantly vandalized, you can request for page protection. When you are finished editing, you can contact me and I could copyedit the article for you. I would also recommend taking a look at the Wikilinks regarding Balochistan here. I hope I have answered your questions. Best of luck, Anupam 22:16, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Bahut bahut shukria Khalid. I'm glad to help. The Misplaced Pages policy on Sources in languages other than English is listed here. From my understanding, the Daily Kawish is a reputable Sindhi newspaper. Since there are probably no equivalent articles in English-language newspapers, you are still entitled to use the source. You can most definitely use the autobiography of the former Khan of Kalat as a source. For instructions on how to cite sources, see the Misplaced Pages:Footnotes guideline. I hope this helps! By the way, did you like the Aquarium fish template? Khudai-e-mayaa-ray =), Anupam 06:12, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'm glad I could be of assistance to you and that you liked the Aquarium fish template. Yes, a few years ago, I did own a few aquarium fish which I enjoyed caring for. I should also thank you for all the information you imparted to me. We can learn new things every day! I wish you the best of luck on editing your articles. If you require my help again, please feel free to contact me. I really like the concept Sindhis use when leaving each other. Sadain Gud, Anupam 06:05, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- Salaam again. Hum teek hai. Aap kaise hai? (Hindi/Urdu for: I am fine. How about you?) I incorporated the information you provided on the Sindhi people talk page into the article. That's okay if you do not know the origin of the tribes. Hopefully, other editors who do have knowledge of their origin will add the information. I found one source that does provide some information: Shri Sindhi Samaj. It is a Hindu Sindhi website that does contain history, information on the tribes, etc. Please let me know your feelings on my edit and information. Hope this helps. Mohenjo-daro edit
Hi,
Refer to this edit. It was clearly done by an anon IP who was experimenting with Misplaced Pages. So I reverted the edit to the version last edited by you. To explain which revision is being reverted to, the editor's name was mentioned in order to clarify the revision the article (talk page) is being reverted to. This was done automatically using navigational popups, which is a javascript tool for ease of editing. If you want more information on it, feel free to contact me. Also, please remember to sign your posts with ~~~~(four tilde). — Ambuj Saxena (☎) 06:50, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Re:how to clean mess
Salaam Dear. Regarding the placement of Indian templates on Sindhi-related articles: Sindh was a part of the region called India as referred to by many historians including Ibn Battuta, Zheng He, Vasco Da Gama, Alexander the Great, etc. Under the Maurya Empire, Gupta Empire, Mughal Empire, Maratha Empire, and finally the British Raj, Sindh was ruled under the region commonly referred to as India/Bharat/Hindostan. To the west of Hindostan was Khorasan, which encompassed the present-day countries of Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Because Sindh, like many other states (Punjab, Gujarat, Rajputna, etc.) were all considered a part of India in the past, Indian templates have been placed on talk pages of pre-partition of India articles like Taxila. The Indian templates are not meant as a political claim but meant to involve other editors in the construction of an article. Moreover, after a discussion, Indian editors have developed the {{WP India|history=yes|pre=yes}}
parameter for pre-partition articles to make the tag more neutral. The template replaces the Indian flag with images of the Indian subcontinent and Ashoka Chakra. In regard to Sassi Punnun: As long as you have provided references for your edits and have edited using proper grammar and spelling, a revert-war will probably not ensue. If others do contest your eidts, it is probably best that you discuss the issues on the article's talk page until you reach a consensus on the content of the article. If the article is constantly vandalized, you can request for page protection. I hope my comments were helpful. If you need any more help please feel free to contact me. By the way, were my edits to the Sindhi people article and the source I gave you helpful? Sadain Gud, Anupam 02:22, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'm glad I was able to help you out with the article. Regarding Sindh: I'm not trying to argue that Sindhis don't have a unique cultural identity -- they definitely do! I also agree that the people of Sindh are a nation, as are the Rajputs, Gujaratis, Punjabis, etc. I was just trying to point out that Sindh was ruled collectively with other parts of India. Please see thses images: Image:Mauryan Empire Map.gif, Image:Guptaempire.GIF, Image:Mughals.gif, Image:India1760 1905.jpg. Their Indo-Aryan ethnicity, language, and former religion (i.e. Hinduism and Buddhism) also shows affinity to India. Thanks much for the souces. It was nice of you to share them with me and I enjoyed reading them. Please keep in mind though that this site is considered a biased source that attempts to rewrite history. Once again, I really appreciate your willingness to educate me about your heritage. I do respect it. By the way, I have checked your edits to the Sindhi people article for grammar. =) Sadain Gud, Anupam 06:33, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
- Well thanks! I try my best to be a helful, rational, and amicable editor here on Misplaced Pages. I'm glad that you liked my edits to the Sindhi people article. There are a lot of non extant articles (shown in red) which are linked off the article. You can start creating them by clicking on the red link which will automatically direct you to the space in which you create/edit. Keep up the good work you are doing on Misplaced Pages. I have a few possible solutions regarding the Sindhi language scripts. You can go to this site where you can type Sindhi words (in Perso-Arabic script) and copy them into Misplaced Pages. If you also know the Sindhi Devanagari script, you can use this site to copy and past Sindhi words into Misplaced Pages. If none of these options work, you can scan Sindhi words into Misplaced Pages as image files. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more concerns or questions. Hi
Salam Khalid, its Nadirlali. Yes I'd like to join you in any Sindhi forum possible.
I also encourage you to join PakHub http://www.pakhub.info/
By the way there is now a category of Sindhi wikipedians. But I won't place myself on it as it has an MQM flag on it.I posted a comment saying the flag was an offense to Sindhi wikipedians.
Best regardsNadirali 02:26, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Regarding my 2-day visit and short stay in Hyderabad(last summer),I stayed in a millitary cantonment.I don't know Hyderabad too well.I was amzed how developed the cantonment was as compared to the rest of Hyderabad. The army is one corrupt beraucracy.I hate them.
Take care brother and God bless.Nadirali 04:41, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
A wiki Sindhi will take alot of time.No I unfortunately speak only Urdu & English, but I can understand Sindhi little bit.But I will write an article for World SIndhi institute soon because they want me to write an article for them here on wikipedia.
Im sorry to say but we Sindhis are very weak people.Look at the Blouch, the Pathans,The Kashmiris. They show strength.Even Punjabis(they have too much power in Pakistan)Sindhis have a huge problem. They dont know anything about strength or power. They love everybody TOO MUCH.Sindh never had it's own army. This is a problem for Sindhis. The only way to free SIndh is if Sindhis do what the Bulloch are doing. The government and MQM will then leave Sindh alone.
Have you heard of Hassan Ali Rahman? He was a famous Sindhi(my grandfather).
Nadirali 05:45, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Hella
Hello,

Merry Christmas!
Dear Khalidkhoso,
Love came to a stable on that very special night to bring us out of darkness into His glorious light. May Jesus touch your life with gladness and warm your heart with love as we celebrate His birth. I hope you have a Blessed Christmas, Anupam 06:13, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the warm wishes dear! Surley, He will come again to save us from our sorrows. I hope you enjoy the holidays. Sadain Gud, Anupam 06:27, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
- Hello dear. The inability to edit was probably the result of an Autoblock. If it happens to you again, you can contest the block by following the instructions here. I'm really glad you found the Sindhi script sites I sent you to be useful and that I am of help to you. Unfortunately, I have not listened to the song "Come back Jesus Save the World". I performed a Google search of the song title but could not find any relevant results. Maybe you could provide me with a link? I hope you will return from your leave soon. I thought you might be interested in some Wikibreak templates for your userpage which can be found here. Thanks for the thoughtful closing in the Sindhi script. I am enjoying the holidays. I hope you are as well and would like to wish you a happy new year! Sadain Gud, Anupam 06:32, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I listen to a variety of music in many languages, particulary English and Urdu/Hindi. I have listened to songs in other languages though, including Arabic, Gujarati, Farsi, etc and am open minded in regards to music. Sadain Gud, Anupam 07:16, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

If I stop to think about it, all love is ishq in that first moment before we begin to think about it. It is a bit like the way all beauty is pain in the space of nonthought. Then we harden up and we try to grasp. Thanks for your thoughts. Haiduc 14:53, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

RE:The Indus valley civilization article
Salam Khalid it's Nadirali.I am a bit disturbed by this tagging of the indus valley civilization article with Indian tags.I placed a Pakistani tag on the discussion page. The Indian editors keep removing all refferences to Pakistan from the indus article.
The fact is the indus is part of Pakistani history(it is Sindhi and punjabi history to be more specific).
What should be done about it? Nadirali 07:35, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
