'Upoc Networks is a New York-based mobile phone carrier. Upoc was founded in 1999, and offers such services as SMS, WAP, Multimedia Messaging Service, and BREW.

Upoc was recently sold to Dada Mobile, at a net loss of approximately $19 million.
