Is this really necessary? This is a very visually annoying banner. Random people editing third-parties' comments, on your talk page in particular, really doesn't seem like it's going to be a common or severe enough issue to need bludgeoning everyone with huge, screamin'-ass red text every single time they come here. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 22:12, 4 December 2020 (UTC)
