This is usually not possible for most men, but seems to be possible in the case of flexibility or endowment. Gymnastics and/or yoga are potential methods by which one may increase one's flexibility, which might enable one to achieve such a capability.
It has been said that the Egyptian god Atum (Ra) created the gods Shu and Tefnut via autofellatio; or at least, it is argued that a proper translation of certain texts will demonstrate that the ancient Egyptians believed this. Other translations ascribe this creation to mucus, rather than semen.
Some carvings and/or statues from prehistoric times tend to point towards autofellatio being an aspect of "The Serpent That Swallows Its Own Tail".
The Ouroboros is the symbol generally proffered.
