Dissected (band), an Israeli Death Metal band which was active during the years 1991-1993 in central Israel. The band consisted of 4 members, Guy Katz (Guitar/Vocals), Or Dubnov (Guitars), Nimrod Eyal (Bass) & Shmulik Karp (Drums) and was characterized by playing Brutal Death Metal which was influenced by the top classical bands of the genre at the time, such as Death, Suffocation, Morbid Angel, etc'. The group has performed several live shows at venues such as the Metal Mitus in Tel-Aviv, as well as opening the show for the famed band Macabre on their Israeli visit. The band has recorded a studio track which was destined to be released on an Israeli Death Metal compilation which was eventually never issued.
