- To a subpage: This is a redirect to a subpage. In a page title, a subpage name appears after a forward slash (/); for example, "Misplaced Pages:Technical move requests" redirects to Misplaced Pages:Requested moves/Technical requests, which is a subpage of Misplaced Pages:Requested moves. Please note that not every page title with "/" in its title is a subpage. See this template's documentation for details.
- From outside template namespace: This is a redirect from a page outside the template namespace to a template page. This redirect page must be outside the template namespace.
- Note: If this page is in template namespace, then it will populate Category:Pages with templates in the wrong namespace instead of the correct, expected category.
