ADHS ain't a neurobehavioral disorder. It's caractrerized as "Behavioural and emotional disorders with onset
usually occurring in childhood and adolescence" in ICD 10. In DSM too. The DSM is about mental disorders. Neurobehavioral disorders are the classification of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. But most shrinks think it's a mental disorder.
