- Creation date checks out, prose portion of article is almost 2,200 characters, subject seems notable, article is neutral, every paragraph has a citation, the probability of copyright violation is unlikely at 1.0%, no outstanding maintenance tags. Hook is under 200 characters, mentioned in the article, cited by an inline citation, and neutral. QPQ has been met, no image submitted. Personally I think it would be worth specifying in the hook exactly what the title "Paramount Chief" means, for example by rewriting it to, say, "that Matilda Lansana Minah V, Paramount Chief of Sierra Leone's Pujehun District, has backed" or something similar. Otherwise, good to go!
