Hi, I'm Clovermoss. My username is a combination of the words clover and moss. My name in real life is Hannah Clover. You can use either half of my name if you wish. I have a slight preference for Clover because it is also an shortened form of my username and the average person is more likely to know you're talking about me if you say that. I am willing to listen to feedback so please let me know if I've made a mistake. I don't want anyone to feel like their concerns are ignored and I will always do my best to address them. I promise to seriously reflect if it's necessary. Constructive advice is always welcome, but please be civil about it. I'm also willing to listen to arguments that counter my own. I may not always agree with you, but I'm always willing to hear you out. My signature depicts red clover. The symbol after my signature is a four-leaf clover.
I created my account on September 16, 2018, when I was 16. Some people describe me as a "content creator" – it's a term with varying definitions and I'd say that plenty of people are more skilled at writing articles than I am. While I have started many articles of my own, I'm also interested in improving those that have been started by others. I have also spent a lot of time doing gnome-like tasks like creating redirects. I don't really focus on going through our quality review processes, but I did manage to write two GAs: Katherine Hughes (activist) and ketchup chip. I've also submitted a handful of DYKs. My long-term goals are improving content related to the Niagara Region and the history of Jehovah's Witnesses. I hope to make the article on the denomination my first featured article. My hometown is Niagara Falls and I was raised as a JW, so that's where those interests stem from. My interest in different activities comes in waves – some days I'm more interested in content or backroom stuff – but that's the beauty of having so much to do here. :)
If you ever have questions about anything, feel free to ask me and I'll do my best to help.
If you would like to sign my guestbook, you can do so here.
I used to collaborate with Pine for the weekly What's Making You Happy This Week? emails to the wikimedia-L mailing list and the associated Signpost feature: On The Bright Side.
Misplaced Pages:Backlog – There are a lot of backlogs, especially in regards to content issues. Category:Articles lacking sources has 71,062 articles. I'd like to bring more awareness to it and my userpage seems like the perfect place to do so.
My RfA and the related BN thread. If you ever have any concern(s) about my admin actions, or my actions in general, please feel free to talk to me about it. I'm always willing to listen to feedback. I have written an essay about my experience with RfA here. I also successfully nominated Elli, Significa liberdade, and Sohom Datta for adminship.
Read this to learn more about me and what I've done. I also happen to have a wikidata entry and a category on Wikimedia Commons. I've also been in the news a few times. A local journalist covered me here. The quotes attributed to me are from the YouTube video of the awards ceremony, I was not interviewed for this specific piece. In September, I was actually interviewed in The Guardian for this article. I also had a brief interview with BBC TechLife in the last 6 minutes of this episode.
