This is a log of changes to user rights performed locally by users ("manual" changes) or by system rules ("automatic" changes). You may enter either or both of:
- Performer – the name of the user who changed the rights (just their name)
- Target – the name of the user whose rights were changed (written with the prefix User:)
The list of user groups and their associated permissions is on Special:ListGroupRights.
The log does not show:
- Changes of rights by stewards (such as checkuser and oversight user rights) – see the meta global rights log (Enter usernames like this: User:Doe@enwiki)
- Local rights changes made prior to 24 December 2004 – see Misplaced Pages:Bureaucrat log.
- 14:48, 13 December 2011 Ultraexactzz talk contribs changed group membership for Aclarado from (none) to IP block exempt (User is getting caught in auto-blocks again, as per previous)
- 16:40, 15 September 2010 Ultraexactzz talk contribs changed group membership for Chaheel Riens from pending changes reviewer and rollbacker to pending changes reviewer, rollbacker and IP block exempt (User caught in autoblocks for other disruptive editors; no evidence of disruption.)
- 16:00, 23 July 2010 Ultraexactzz talk contribs changed group membership for Mr Tan from pending changes reviewer to pending changes reviewer and IP block exempt (Temporary to avoid autoblock issues on School IP. )
- 20:41, 18 July 2008 Ultraexactzz talk contribs changed group membership for Example~enwiki from rollbacker to (none) (Inappropriate (lack of) use for Rollback feature.)
- 20:41, 18 July 2008 Ultraexactzz talk contribs changed group membership for Example~enwiki from (none) to rollbacker (Testing on Test account; user is an example to others who fight vandalism.)
