The 2022 Hawke's Bay local elections were held on 8 October 2022 as part of the wider 2022 New Zealand local elections to elect members to sub-national councils and boards. These elections covered one regional council, four territorial authorities (city and district councils), a rural community board, and a licensing trust.

Hawke's Bay Regional Council

The Hawke's Bay Regional Council used the first past the post system to elect 11 regional councillors for the 2022–2025 term.

The Heretaunga general ward returned two councillors to the district council. As the number of nominations received did not exceed the number of vacancies, Alwyn Corban and Ann Redstone were declared elected.

Flaxmere Licensing Trust

The Flaxmere Licensing Trust has six members. As the number of nominations received did not exceed the number of vacancies, Martha Greening, Chrissy Hokianga, Bronwen Hopkins, Warwick Howie, Farley Keenan, and Bert Lincoln were declared elected.

Rural Community Board

The Hastings District Council's Rural Community Board was created in 1992 to represent the district's rural communities. Four of the boards seven members are elected from the rural subdivisions of Kaweka, Maraekākaho, Poukawa, and Tūtira.

Poukawa Community Subdivision

The Poukawa community subdivision returned one board member to the Rural Community Board.
