The 2023 North Carolina Central Eagles football team represented North Carolina Central University as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Trei Oliver, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 9–3 with a mark of 4–1. North Carolina Central earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division I Football Championship playoff, where the Eagles lost in the first round to Richmond.
