Group B is one of the two groups of competing nations in the 2024 ASEAN Championship. It consists of Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Laos. The matches took place from 9 December to 21 December 2024.

Vietnam and Phillippines advanced to the semi-finals as the top two teams on the group.
