Alejandro Hernandez is an American lawyer notable for cases related to nationwide complex matters in several areas of litigation and transactional law. He has tried hundreds of cases throughout his law career as a trial lawyer which spans over two decades. Hernandez is also a real estate broker, business consultant, and helps nationally with immigration matters pro bono.

Early life

Hernandez was born in the small Texas town of Port Lavaca, Texas in 1971 but moved to Chicago and Houston as a child. Hernandez's father eventually became an attorney in 1978 graduating from Northwestern University School of Law and started his career as an attorney working for Zapata and Aramco as an oil and gas contracts attorney. While working for Aramco, Hernandez' father moved his family to Saudi Arabia.The family moved back to Texas when Hernandez entered high school.

Hernandez graduated from Calhoun High School in 1989 and went on to receive degrees from Victoria College in 1991 and the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Hernandez graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2001.

Before going into law school, Hernandez embarked on a career as a financial planner with MONY and then worked in the mutual fund industry with US Global Investors securing several securities licenses and professional designations. Hernandez entered law school from 1998 through 2001. During law school, he worked for local architects learning property development, street planning, surveying and wastewater planning. He also worked for the HB Zachry construction company, and local personal injury lawyers.

After taking the bar, Hernandez began his legal career with a personal injury law firm trying his first case a month after passing the bar exam. After working for other law firms, Hernandez embarked on his own in 2005 and has owned his own firm since then, ARH Consulting LLC handling personal injury, real estate, business and commercial law, and other areas of law in California, New York, and New Mexico. Hernandez has received awards and accolades for his work as a lawyer, real estate professional and business consultant.

Today Hernandez is the chief executive officer of ARH Consulting LLC, handling Law, Economics, Real Estate, and Business matters. Often considered ahead of his time Hernandez built the company from the ground up using educational tools to run the business for his clients including his law firm. The company is based in Beverly Hills, California and has offices in New York and Albuquerque New Mexico. Hernandez owns several other related companies.

Hernandez is licensed to practice law in New York, and New Mexico and appears in California civil litigation and Federal cases on occasion. Hernandez is also a licensed California real estate agent and New York real estate broker handling probate and estate properties and selling and buying businesses in California and New York. He holds a life insurance agent license in New York and California.

Hernandez is single and splits his personal time between New York and Los Angeles representing clients in several states and locations.

Politics

In 2012, Hernandez ran unsuccessfully for office as a Texas House of Representatives candidate as a Democrat.
