Ana Vasconcelos Martins (born 14 March 1985) is a Portuguese politician of the Liberal Initiative who was elected member of the European Parliament in 2024. She serves as a vice president of the Liberal Initiative, and was the party's lead candidate for the Azores constituency in the 2019 legislative election. For the 2019 European Parliament election, she was an independent candidate in fourth place on the party's list.
Martins was born on Terceira Island, and has lived in Lisbon since the age of 7. She studied law and political science at the Catholic University of Portugal and political theory at the University of Oxford, where she also worked as a research assistant.
