Astrolirus is a genus of echinoderms belonging to the family Brisingidae. They are found in benthic habitats in the Pacific Ocean.
There are two known species:
- Astrolirus panamensis (Ludwig, 1905)
- Astrolirus patricki Zhang, Zhou, Xiao & Wang, 2020
