Axtell High School is a public high school located in Axtell, Texas and classified as a 2A school by the UIL. It is part of the Axtell Independent School District which covers northeastern McLennan County. In 2015, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. Axtell is also very good at football and have been district champs during the 23-24 and 24-25 seasons. They are also good at baseball, making it to the 4th round last year. Axtell is a great school and if you want to succeed in a sport Axtell is home to many great athletes
