Labeobarbus pagenstecheri is a species of ray-finned fish in the family Cyprinidae. It is found only in the Kilimanjaro Region, an area on the border between Kenya and Tanzania. Its natural habitats are streams and intermittent rivers. Its status is insufficiently known.
