Bijan "Justin" Kangarloo (Persian: بيژن كنگرلو, born February 10, 1985, in Calgary, Alberta) is a Canadian-Iranian cross-country skier who has competed since 2003. Kangarloo was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to an Iranian father.
