The CONMEBOL Jubilee Awards. The "South American Football Confederation" (CONMEBOL, or CSF; Spanish: Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol; Portuguese: Confederação Sul-Americana de Futebol) is the continental governing body of football in South America, established in 1916.
