Cadwalader Heights is a neighborhood located within the city of Trenton in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The neighborhood was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and primarily consists of detached, single-family homes built from 1907 to 1930. Cadwalader Heights is just southeast of Cadwalader Park.

Cadwalader Heights is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily from 1907 to 1930; median age is circa 1925. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 3,200 sq. ft. On a photo-taking walk through the neighborhood (late October 2006, accompanying slide show) we did not encounter any for sale signs. A few homes were in the midst of major renovation. The layout of the neighborhood is recorded to have been done by America's premier landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmsted. The neighborhood boundary at the foot of the hill, across from Cadwalader Park, rising up from Parkside Avenue. Its bounds are roughly: on the northwest, Parkside Avenue and the northeast by Stuyvesant Avenue; southwest, Bellevue Avenue.
