Charles Edward Jackson (born March 12, 1962) is a former American football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL), who played for the Washington Redskins as a replacement during the 1987 NFL season. He played college football for Texas Tech. Despite playing for the Washington Redskins in 1987, the year that they won Super Bowl XXII, he did not receive a Super Bowl ring until 2018.
