Chugh, LLP, previously known as The Chugh Firm, is a corporate, immigration, and tax firm based in California, United States. It was founded in 1985 by Navneet Chugh, who currently serves as the Managing Partner. The firm has offices located in the United States as well as affiliates in Canada, India, Pakistan, and South America.

History

The firm was founded in 1985 by Los Angeles-based attorney Navneet Chugh after relocating to the United States. His decision to settle in the country was influenced by personal circumstances, particularly his experience caring for his ailing mother in 1981.

Upon settling in Southern California, Navneet Chugh launched Chugh, LLP in 1986.

In 2004, the company expanded its operations to India through a collaboration with Universal Legal in Bangalore, India. Subsequently, in 2019, Chugh LLP partnered with Taxmantra.

Initially, Chugh LLP offered tax and litigation services exclusively. However, the company later expanded to include a wide array of legal services. These services encompass immigration law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, family law, real estate law, criminal law, and various other practice areas.
