The consensus companions or "As'hab al-Ijma'" (Arabic: اصحاب الاجماع) are eighteen Muhaddith and Islamic scholars who had direct contact with Shia Imams and had great knowledge of religion. Shia scholars accept unquestioningly every hadith which was narrated by them.
