Crossoloricaria cephalaspis is a species of armored catfish. It is endemic to Colombia where it is found in the Magdalena River basin. This species grows to a length of 10.9 centimetres (4.3 in) SL. The fish bears a mild resemblance to the prehistoric jawless fish cephalaspis, hence the name.
