William Benjamin "DD" Hoggard (born May 20, 1961) is a former American football defensive back who played three seasons with the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at NC State. He was also a member of the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL, and the United States Football League's Washington Federals, who drafted him in the 12th round (141st overall) of the 1983 USFL Draft.
