Damasławek () (German: Elsenau) is a village in Wągrowiec County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Damasławek. It lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) east of Wągrowiec and 63 km (39 mi) north-east of the regional capital Poznań.
