Akhat Efes Efes (Hebrew: אחת אפס אפס, literally One Zero Zero, translated as Downtown Precinct) is an Israeli police procedural drama television series, revolving around an eccentric Detective named Arik Arbel and his team, which conducts criminal investigations in Tel Aviv.
