Emmanouil Karalis (Greek: Εμμανουήλ Καραλής, born 20 October 1999) is a Greek pole vaulter. He is the current holder of the Greek national record. He won the silver medal at the 2019 and 2021 European Athletics U23 Championships, bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics and placed fourth at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Since October 2021, Karalis has been a member of the athletics department of Olympiacos CFP.

He is the son of a Greek father from Pyrgos, and a Ugandan mother. He has a twin sister, named Angeliki.
