Godwin Etse Sikanku is a political scientist, author, lecturer and head of Directorate for Research, Innovations & Development (DRID) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He is best known for his book on Barack Obama, titled The Afrocentric Obama and lessons on politi­cal campaigns.
