Faiz Ganj Tehsil (Sindhi: فیز گنج) is an administrative subdivision (tehsil) of Khairpur District in the Sindh province of Pakistan. It is administratively subdivided into 22 Union Councils, one of which forms the capital, Pacca Chang.
Pacca Chang town is 74 km from Nawabshah city, the 5th largest city of Sindh, and 89 km from Khairpur city, the district capital.

Pacca Chang is tehsil headquarter of Faiz Ganj, here is several government department which is responsible for administration setup like Town Committee, Assistant commissioner Office, Revenue department, Irrigation department, and other facilities E.g Rural health center, Nadra office, Faiz Ganj police station, post office, Civil Court Faiz Ganj, Telephone Exchange office and National bank of Pakistan Pacca chang branch.
EDUCATION. Two higher secondary schools for boys and girls, Gov mono technical college and large number of private schools are providing quality education to the children of this area.
AGRICULTURE. Pacca chang is most fertile and green area while agriculture is the main source of employment for the rural population of town . Town is currently facing many issues such as one Rural health center which is not sufficient for 250000 tehsil population. No public library for students and no any public park for families or citizens. No domestic gas in town and poor solid waste management.
