Gastrotheca litonedis is a species of frog in the family Hemiphractidae. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
