Godwords Amedome (born 7 October 2002) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for MFK Snina.

Career

MTK Budapest

MTK Budapest announced his transfer from MŠK Žilina Africa on 16 February 2021. In the summer of 2022, he travelled with the first team to a training camp in Slovenia. He made his debut at MTK as a substitute against Diósgyőr on 9 September 2022. He scored his first goal in the Hungarian Cup against Felsőzsolca.

Nyíregyháza Spartacus

On 26 January 2022, MTK loaned him to Nyíregyháza in the hope of more playing opportunities. Four days later, he made his debut for the team in a league match against Tiszakécske, coming on as a substitute for Gábor Jánvári in the 86th minute. He played a total of 9 games for Nyíregyháza.

Jonava

On 31 July 2023, his contract was terminated with MTK Budapest and signed for a Lithuanian second division team Jonava.

Snina

On 22 July 2024, Godwords signed a contract with Slovakian club MFK Snina. He scored his first goal for the club on 6 October 2024 against Poprad in the league.
