The Gold Coast Titans Women are a professional rugby league football club, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The team is part of the Gold Coast Titans club and plays in the National Rugby League Women's Premiership (NRLW), Australia's premier club competition for women.
On 11 June 2021, the NRL announced that the club's application for a licence to join the NRLW had been accepted, as part of the expansion of the competition for the 2021 season. A few days later, on 14 June 2021, Jamie Feeney was announced as the inaugural coach of the Titans Women's team..
In early September 2021, the NRL announced that due to border restrictions then in place to mitigate COVID-19, the 2021 season would be postponed to early in the new year. The Titans Women played their first game on 27 February 2022. The team's first win came the following week, in Round 2, 26–16, over the eventual premiers, the Sydney Roosters.

- Destiny Mino-Sinapati and Ivana Lolesio both suffered knee injuries in BMD Premiership matches during April 2024. Chantay Kiria-Ratu also suffered a knee injury in the BMD Premiership in early May 2024 The lengthy recovery period requires them to miss the 2024 NRLW season.
- Georgia Grey was initially signed to a Development contract for 2024 but was subsequently elevated to a full contract, to fill a gap created by the three season-ending injuries to Kiria-Ratu, Lolesio, and Mino-Sinapati. Lailani Montgomery was elevated from the Titans Academy into a Development contract.
- The Gold Coast Titans entered into a feeder-club agreement with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Georgia Grey, Laikha Clarke, and Ngatokotoru Arakua played for Manly in their Round 1 match of the 2024 Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership on 14 July 2024.
- Lauren Brown kicked a field goal in golden point of the Titan's 2023 Round 2 match against the Broncos. Brown kicked another field goal within the last two minutes of the Titan's 2023 Round 6 match against the Dragons.

- Brooke Saddler (fractured tibia and fibula) and development player Estanoa Faitala (ACL) suffered injuries in the 1 July 2023 trial match against the Cowboys that curtailed their 2023 season.
- Niall Williams Guthrie played for the New Zealand women's national rugby sevens team from 2015 to 2023.
