Gornji Bogićevci is a village and a municipality in Brod-Posavina County, Croatia.
In the 2011 census, there were 1,975 inhabitants, in the following settlements:
- Dubovac, population 378
- Gornji Bogićevci, population 699
- Kosovac, population 220
- Ratkovac, population 208
- Smrtić, population 292
- Trnava, population 178

Minority councils
Directly elected minority councils and representatives are tasked with consulting tasks for the local or regional authorities in which they are advocating for minority rights and interests, integration into public life and participation in the management of local affairs.
