Icelandic artist (1943–2024)

Hreinn Friðfinnsson (19 February 1943 – 6 March 2024) was an Icelandic artist from Dalasýsla. He was referred to as "one of Iceland's leading conceptual artists".

Friðfinnsson was awarded the Prince Eugen Medal in 2004. He died on 6 March 2024, at the age of 81.
