Ilija "Ilcho" Gjorgjioski (Macedonian: Илчо Ѓорѓиоски; born 11 December 1971) is a Macedonian football manager and former player who played as a midfielder.

President of Football Federation of Macedonia

In 2012 Gjorgjioski was appointment position of President of FFM. The 42-year old was endorsed by unanimous acclamation during the association’s assembly in Ohrid. Skopje-born Gjorgjioski was first elected FFM president in July 2012 after leaving his previous position as FK Vardar's coach. He succeeded Haralampie Hadji-Risteski, who had stepped down after ten years at the helm. The Football Association of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FFM) has re-elected Ilcho Gjorgjioski in 2017 as its president for the next four years.

A well-respected name in football in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Gjorgjioski had played for numerous clubs during his playing career, including spells with the country's most successful side FK Vardar and cross-town rivals FK Makedonija GP and FK Sloga Jugomagnat. He also played in Sweden with Malmö FF, in Bulgaria with PFC Lokomotiv Sofia, in Israel with Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv F.C. and Bnei Sakhnin FC and in Turkey with Denizlispor.

After his playing career ended, Gjorgjioski moved into coaching initially at youth level, before he won domestic senior titles with FK Makedonija GP and FK Vardar in 2009 and 2012 respectively.

"I would like to thank everyone, who supported my vision for the further improvement of the Macedonian football," said Gjorgjioski after his re-election. In his speech to the delegates, Gjorgjioski stressed that the infrastructure improvements and the development of youth football would continue to be among the association's top priorities. He also added that in the past 12 months, the FFM has made considerable progress in many areas of cooperation with UEFA.

The FFM's House of Football and the national training centre, built with UEFA support, opened in Skopje in March 2013, with UEFA President Michel Platini attending the official ceremony, while ten artificial grass pitches are under construction around the country, thanks to financial support through UEFA's HatTrick assistance programme.

Death of Petar Miloševski

Former national team goalkeeper Petar Miloševski died in a car accident near Kumanovo on 13 March 2014 after taking part in a charity futsal match there. Reportedly the car in which he was travelling was driven by Gjorgioski and collided with a van from the opposite direction for unknown reasons on the Kriva Palanka-Kumanovo road. Gjorgioski and an unknown person came out injured.
