Ingaigwanak is a New Women leadership system in Maasai tribe of Tanzania, which was established by Mimutie Women Organization. This leadership system allows women from Maasai tribe being a leader as Leigwanan, Ingaigwanak system was established by the women's right activist Rose NJilo, who is the executive director of Mimutie Women Organisation.
