Jaineswar Roy (Bengali: জৈনেশ্বর রায়) was an Indian politician. He was an MLA in the 1957 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, 1967 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election and 1969 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election from Maynaguri constituency. Roy was a member of the Indian National Congress.In 1966 he was join Bangla Congress.
