Jeffrey Craig Kuhlman (born 1963) is an American medical doctor and former Physician to the President under Barack Obama. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University and completed his residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Following his retirement from the United States Navy, Kuhlman took the position of Senior Vice President & Associate Chief Medical Officer at Florida Hospital.
Kuhlman was Obama’s personal physician from 2009 to 2013. He is a member of Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
In an interview with the German news magazine Der Spiegel in October 2024, Kuhlman expressed doubts about the health of presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. He sees signs of cognitive decline.
Kuhlman published a book on the healthcare of US presidents in 2024.
