José Ernesto Gil Elorduy (born 18 September 1943) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He served as Senator of the LVIII and LIX Legislatures of the Mexican Congress representing Hidalgo and as Deputy of the LI and LV Legislature. He also served as a local deputy in the LII Legislature of the Congress of Hidalgo and previously served as municipal president of Pachuca from 1985 to 1988.
